Adventure Collective LLC grants you limited access and use of this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use, including but not limited to, data mining, scraping, or reproduction of website content without prior written consent is prohibited.

eligibility requirements

To book a trip with Adventure Collective, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years old.

  • Traveler Suitability: Our trips are not suitable for travelers with mobility issues or those requiring regular medical assistance.

  • Gender Requirement: Adventure Collective experiences are exclusively for women and those who identify as women.

  • Passport & Travel Documentation: Travelers must possess a valid passport with an expiration date at least six months beyond the return date of the trip.

  • Respect & Conduct: Travelers are expected to show respect for local cultures, guides, and fellow travelers. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the trip without refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & media usage

All materials, images, and content on this website are the property of Adventure Collective LLC.

Travelers may submit testimonials, photos, and videos, which Adventure Collective may use for marketing purposes.

We may capture photos and videos of trips that include participants. If you do not wish to appear in Adventure Collective’s marketing materials, please inform us in writing before the trip.

payments & booking policies

All trip payments are processed securely via a third party: either the local operator in the destination or Adventure Collective’s parent company, Coastline Travel Group.

Payment policies, deposit requirements, and refund policies vary by trip. Specific details will be provided in the trip booking agreement.

liability & force majeure

By booking a trip with Adventure Collective, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of travel. Adventure Collective is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, wildfires)

  • Political unrest, government actions, or travel restrictions

  • Pandemics, health emergencies, or epidemics

  • Airline cancellations or significant travel disruptions

  • Unforeseen safety concerns or extreme weather conditions

Adventure Collective reserves the right to modify trip details, including accommodations, activities, and routes, due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, availability, or operational requirements. Refunds or compensation may not be available, depending on the situation. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected disruptions.

DISPUTE resolution & governing law

Any disputes arising from these terms or related to your trip shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration rather than litigation, except in cases where small claims court is appropriate.

By using this website and booking a trip, you waive the right to a trial by jury and agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration.
